2pac Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the 2pac platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 2pac platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 2pac platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2pac platform.
The 2pac platform is a service restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 2pac reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2pac regarding the use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or warranties.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your information current should any changes occur.
- 2pac reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- The full name and identification number registered on your account must match the details used during the withdrawal process.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a theft or unauthorised access to the 2pac support team.
- Sharing account access with any other party, including family members, is not permitted.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, change your password immediately and contact 2pac customer support.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 2pac platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using our services:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software (bots) is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- Money laundering: The 2pac platform may not be used for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotions or bonuses through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.
- Technical disruptions: Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 2pac technical system is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorised commercial use: Platform content may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2pac.
2pac reserves the right to take immediate action against any violation, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
- All transactions on the 2pac platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers and supported digital payment options.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method, as displayed in the deposit section of your account.
- 2pac is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by a bank or third-party payment provider.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the 2pac account holder.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are based on your account's VIP tier.
- 2pac reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, to ensure account security and legal compliance.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the registered 2pac account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
- Any bonus subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The 2pac platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 2pac makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. 2pac shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions or game outcomes.
Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 2pac is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users while playing on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2pac platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the property of 2pac and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2pac.
Account Suspension & Closure
2pac reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or illegal activity. In cases of account closure due to a violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld by 2pac. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support and settling all outstanding balance requirements.
Third-Party Links
The 2pac platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 2pac is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2pac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 2pac platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the conditions currently governing their use of the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through final negotiation, and if necessary, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
